Limit Lifters Sports Mentorship
Each of our personal trainers are focused on equipping young athletes with the mental and physical tools needed to be successful in both sports and life. Students will be given a free copy of the book Chop Wood Carry Water: How to Fall In Love With the Process of Becoming Great. Our team has put together a workbook that is intended to help student-athletes learn and apply the lessons from the book into their daily life. The Limit Lifters Sports Mentorship is a hybrid youth training program consisting of both personal (1 on 1) and group training
Small Group Training - ( 2 to 4 athletes )
Our small group program is designed to help youth athletes learn fundamental movements and lifting skills that will enhance their athletic ability. Our trainers focus on improving each athlete’s mobility, stability, acceleration, speed, strength, and power. Youth performance training thrives on instilling competition as a motivational factor teaching athletes grit, toughness, and personal accountability
Private/Individual Training - ( 1 on 1 Training )
1 on 1 training offers the highest level of individualized programming. Our personal trainers will create an individualized program based on our initial evaluation/screening. We will test and track each athletes' athletic performance to ensure they are getting stronger through their customized program.
