A personal trainer is an ideal choice for busy men and women that are tired of not looking or feeling happy with their health, strength & physique, and feel ready to invest in themselves and live a life without limits. We believe the only way to consistently lift your limits is to train your mind just as consistently as you train your body. Our team of personal trainers create workbooks for each of the books in our curriculum. The workbook serves as a guide to help you apply the lessons from each book into your everyday life.
Who's it for?
The Limit Lifters Sports Mentorship Program is for athletes looking to get both a mental and physical edge over the competition. We offer a combination of both 1 on 1 and group training that focuses on equipping young athletes with the mental and physical tools needed to be successful in both sports and life. In addition to training, students will receive a free copy of the book Chop Wood Carry Water: How to Fall In Love With the Process of Becoming Great and a corresponding workbook created by the Limit Lifters team intended to help student-athletes learn and apply the lessons from the book into their daily life.
