Catalyst gym is conveniently located 5 minutes from the heart of downtown Greenville. The gym address is 600 Laurens Rd 

Yes. A catalyst gym membership cost 40$ a month after initial sign up fees. Each gym member will have access to 24/7 gym service, showers and changing stations, as well as a personal gym code. Catalyst gym members will also receive discounts to catalyst gym group sessions. If you choose to forego a gym membership, there will be a 5$ day charge to workout

No. We will customize your program based off of your assessment. We will also explain to you how we decided to write your program in order to teach you how to be a master of your own health

A Limit Lifters coach will schedule a short phone call  with you to find out more about your current lifestyle, habits, nutrition and fitness goals you desire to achieve.

Generally, it takes 8-12 weeks before you begin to “see” results. What type of results you “see” is varies for each individual. Change is dependent upon your baseline fitness, how hard and how frequently you exercise, what your goals are and how committed you are to your fitness journey More importantly however, you will “feel” the results of exercise almost immediately. We try to de-emphasize the obsession with the visual results, and pay more attention to all of the other wonderful things exercise can do for you like increase your energy, reduce stress levels and improve your strength.

Not at all! You do not have to read to train with Limit Lifters but we highly recommend that you incorporate mental training and habit stacking into your fitness routine in order to get the most out of your training !
